Mid Year Resolutions – Newsletter #003
So now that half the year has passed, it’s the perfect time to reflect on those New Year Resolutions that we all made in 2011 and see just how far we’ve come (or not).
A recent study showed that 78% of us break our new year’s resolutions by June the following year. This is often due to our goals being too large or made without enough thought. Once these goals are broken with one moment of weakness, we simply decide to give up on them altogether. But why? What’s wrong with re-trying your goals or making new ones? Just because you faltered once, doesn’t mean you have to quit!
In the spirit of resolution, we’ve decided to make some mid-year resolutions that you can join in on too! We’ve decided to drink more water, moisturize regularly and enjoy a daily 5-minute reflection period. Why not join in with us? Let’s begin our Mid Year Resolutions together!
