After deployment anchoring and suspension of the cones which are not barbed to damage tissues and the reasorble cones anchor themselves in deep tissues. The tension produced lifts the sagging tissues and form fibrousis around the suture/thread with stronger suspension mechanism and avoidance of movement, breakage and pain which may occur with barbed products The whole procedure takes less than an hour in duration and you can get back to your full social life on the same day.

#2 Pearl Laser
What is pearl laser?
Pearl is the “one laser to choose” to renew your skin’s surface with quick, visible results. Pearl treats fine lines on the face and neck, uneven skin texture and light and dark spots caused by sun damage.
How does it work?
During a Pearl treatment, the top layer of the skin is treated with pulses of light. A portion of the epidermis (skin surface) is gently removed and a natural protective dressing is formed on the skin’s surface. Most patients feel a series of brief pinches during the treatments. After 3-4 days, the protective dressing peels off revealing new, healthy, vibrant skin underneath.
The Pearl laser replaces the entire top sun-damaged layer of the skin with new healthy skin. Simultaneously, it sends heat to deeper layers of the skin stimulating new collagen growth, filling out and decreasing fine lines and wrinkles. New collagen growth continues for 4-6 weeks post-treatment. The combination of new skin and decreased wrinkles results in a healthier, more youthful appearance.
What is Pear Laser used for?
The Pearl laser is used to resurface the skin. It can be used to:
- Reduce the effects of sun damage like fine lines
- Improve uneven skin tone and texture
- Reduce light spots, dark spots, and freckles
- Reduce the appearance of scars from acne
How long till you see results?
You will see noticeable results on day 3 or 4, when the superficial tissue has peeled off, leaving fresh, new, healthy skin underneath.
Who is a candidate for a Pearl treatment?
Patients of any age with sun damage, uneven skin texture and fine lines and wrinkles can benefit from Pearl treatments; however, the most common age group seeking treatment is between 25-60.
Dos and don’ts of pearl laser
Do not rub face when cleansing. Do frequent cool vinegar soaks with a clean wash cloth and very clean hands to apply and soak the area. Do this every 2 hours. It is not important to remove all traces of Vaseline as this may be irritating and delay healing.
Does the Pearl™ treatment hurt?
PRP or Platelet rich Plasma injections have been around for decades helping athletes to heal sport related injuries. PRP is particularly effective at healing tendon damage and its benefits are now being used in the beauty industry.
How does it work?
The Platelet rich plasma that is injected in your skin is a concentrated formulation of your own platelets which makes it rich in Growth Factors. Growth factors promotes collagen production and helps regenerate tissue, they play an important part in maintaining healthy skin structure and function. In this way PRP soften wrinkles and leading to smooth skin tone and texture. When PRP is injected into the skin, the injection entry point causes a small wound which activates the platelets and lets them get to work repairing the tissue in that area.
PRP is encouraging your body to use its own processes but more effectively in the places that are starting to need a bit of extra help.
What are the results?
PRP gives your skin more natural radiance and a glow that will get people telling you how well you look. It’s a much more natural approach to anti-ageing both for the fact you’re using your body’s own material and for the fact the results develop over time.
Immediately post treatment you may have some redness and spotting. Gradually your skin will have a subtle improvement that will give you a fresher look than before.
Advantages of PRP
The potential benefits of PRP have led to a recent widespread interest in its use for anti-aging and regenerative purposes. The healing properties of the blood components in PRP can be used as a cosmetic treatment for the following:
- Reducing fine lines and wrinkles
- Tightening and toning skin
- Mild collagen and volume loss
- Crow’s feet and dark under eye circles
- Acne scarring
Within a few weeks of treatment, an overall improvement in skin hydration, texture and tone can be seen. New collagen and blood vessels begin to grow after three to six weeks, and reduction of fine lines and wrinkles and volume correction happens over the next three to six months. The effects of PRP can last 12 months to two years, depending on the individual. While it creates a longer-lasting effect in the skin, it does take time to work. For women looking for an immediate effect, PRP can be combined with hyaluronic acid fillers for quick volume correction. Fillers provide a matrix for building new collagen and can be used to accelerate and sustain the benefits of PRP.
Who is it best for?
PRP will offer the best results to those with bad acne scarring as it helps the skin’s healing processes, but PRP is also a good option for those not keen to use products like fillers or Botox but are still interested in improving their skin’s condition and appearance.
PRP is also an effective method to treat fine lines and to improve the overall texture of the skin, but for more noticeable results a combination treatment may be more satisfactory.
Some age-related concerns respond better to Cosmetic PRP, while others respond better to hyaluronic acid fillers, peels or laser resurfacing techniques. The effects of all these treatments are enhanced by using them together, in the right way, under the guidance of the right skincare team. Women and men of all ages can benefit from Cosmetic PRP.
The PRP Procedure
Prior to the PRP procedure, a consultation is done to assess cosmetic needs and determine the best combination of treatments to achieve the desired result. A simple blood collection is done and processed immediately in a special centrifuge. This concentrates and separates the platelet-rich plasma from the rest of the blood. After numbing the area being treated, the PRP is injected or reapplied to the skin using a micro-needling device. Proper after-care and follow-up is done as a part of all treatments.
PRP is a simple and safe procedure. The most common side effects are mild swelling and bruising that may last three to seven days. Because the PRP is extracted from your own blood, there is no risk of disease transmission, allergic or immune reaction.
It is a safe, effective and natural way of harnessing the healing power of your own blood to help reverse the signs of aging.
